 Bonus software, This review is from: Neat Receipts Mobile Scanner + Digital Filing System (Electronics) I purchased the Neat Receipt on 3/1/2012 from my local Sam's Club. I used the scanner twice. I like what little bit I have used of it. I may purchase the Neat Desk version soon. My problem is with the 'Bonus' PDF converter Software by the'NUANCE' company that comes with the Neat Receipt scanner. Neat says their techs are not trained to give advice on 3rd party software. Nuance, the maker of the software would not give support to any of it's software bundled with other hardware such as the Neat Receipt scanner. Nuance wants their tech to be paid for tech advice. That is the true Bonus here. Nuance gives free software to the Neat company but want to be paid a Bonus for any tech support. The Nuance software set up registration with their company but marked it expired because it came free with Neat. I, the customer, am caught in between. If neither company is going to support the PDF 6 Professional software given as "BONUS" then they should stop offering it. I ONLY RATED THIS...
